What not to eat

Before we got pregnant I knew I wanted to nurse if I could. There are of course the health benefits of breastmilk, the post-pregnancy weight loss, the money saved from not buying formula, its ready wherever you go, and no warming is required. But there are some downsides: the baby needs mommy every 2-3 hours (or a bottle of mommy milk), you start to feel like a milk machine when you pump and the reduced variety in the diet.

So far we know Cali does not like it when I eat:
- Onions
- Chocolate
- White pasta sauce
- Milk
